Welcome to SLOSH3 (Salt Lake Old School Hash House Harriers). Some my refer to us as “racist” hash, hangover hash, throwback hash, whatever… It’s more simply a stripped down, back to basics hash where people can get their run on. We don’t expect you to run fast, or the whole trail, but we ask that you don’t show up expecting to walk the entire trail. Trails are typically 5 - 7 miles with one beer check, pre-lube and on after. (Usually brunch at a local establishment. Optional.)
